BuffaLUG Joins the LEGO Ambassador Network!
From all of us at BuffaLUG, we’re overjoyed to share some truly monumental news!
Since our founding in 2021, we’ve worked hard to build not just LEGO creations but a community that celebrates creativity, connection, and collaboration. Over the past four years, BuffaLUG has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving social club and a key part of Western New York’s creative scene.
This year, 2024, has been one of our most exciting yet. Highlights include collaborating with ToroLUG at Niagara Falls Comic Con, launching a new creative partnership with the Buffalo AKG Art Museum,and hosting our 3rd Annual LEGO Toy Drive in partnership with St. Mary's School for the Deaf. At every event and meeting, we’ve been inspired by the passion and dedication of our members and supporters.
Now, we’re honored to announce that BuffaLUG has been officially recognized as part of the LEGO® Ambassador Network (LAN)! Becoming a LAN member is a special distinction that connects us to LEGO User Groups worldwide and recognizes the meaningful work we do in our community. As part of this global network, we’ll have more opportunities to inspire creativity, connect with builders of all ages, and continue growing BuffaLUG as a place where LEGO fans can truly thrive.
We’re also proud to introduce Jonathan Breidert as BuffaLUG’s official LEGO® Ambassador! Jonathan’s dedication, leadership, and passion for the LEGO community make him the perfect representative to connect us with the global LAN network. We’re confident he will help us reach new heights and strengthen our presence both locally and beyond.
But that’s not all—we’re also gearing up for an exciting website refresh and rebrand! Our upcoming changes will bring a fresh, bold look and enhanced features, making it easier for our members and visitors to explore everything BuffaLUG has to offer. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks as we reveal this exciting new chapter in our journey.
